Please add fossil add all, fossil revert all, fossil diff all and something like .hgignore

The command "fossil diff" now shows a diff over everything. I find
the following to be useful on a mac:
fossil diff | open -f
We do not yet have a revert-all and an add-all. But they are still on the to-do list.
