In the last sentence of the second paragraph of "Embedded Documentation", "project" should be "projects"; and "wiki" should be "a wiki", at least according to this page: [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiki]

Embedded Documentation

Files in the source tree that use the ".wiki" suffix can be accessed and displayed using special URLs to the fossil server. This allows project documentation to be stored in the source tree and accessed online. (Details are descripted separately.)

Some project prefer to store their documentation in wiki.

Oh, and the last sentence of that paragraph has "move file" which should be "move a file...

"discripted" would probably be better as "described" too: easier for folk whose first language isn't English. Another place with a rare word (elided) is near the bottom of the "Wiki Formatting Rules" page (wiki_rules) - "removed" or "filtered out" would be plainer English...
