http://fossil-scm.org/index.html/rptview?rn=2 has a list of tickets.
Unless I log in I cannot view them, there are no links to individual tickets on the page.
anonymous added on 2010-12-21 17:17:58: Richard doesn't want Google et al to scan the various file sets and that's why login is required to enable hyperlinks. You can change this in your own repositories.
