clicking on the "fossil rsstats" link in the reference page gets a "page not found" error.
No such document: tip/www/cmd_rstats.wiki

Link was added in [10db583adc] - it appears the target file has never existed.

Actually there are 43 such links on the reference page, but only 15 of the linked files exist. For many of them there would be nothing to add beyond what the summary on the reference page says. Is the fact that the link to the reference page on the Home page says it is unfinished sufficient, or should someone do a cleanup?

I never put in a link to the file unless I had a file to link to, to my knowledge. I'll have to get back a login and see what I can do about cleaning up the cli pages.
