A clone via fossil clone http://[email protected]/~username/cgi-bin/repo/test works fine with autosync off first push works fine but it reports the server url as http://[email protected]/%7username/cgi-bin/repo/test further pushes will fail with %7 replaced with various numbers the first broken url is http://[email protected]/-9.325266E-02username/cgi-bin/repo/test
