New options for fossil diff command as described in Release notes are not documented in command line help accessible with:
fossil help diff
Perhaps I am overlooking something, but it would be helpful, to have also somewhere consistently documented hyper-linking to other repository elements like Timeline entries
It took me some try and error iteration to figure it out. StvPrivateHook2 contains very helpful command help browser, perhaps it could be merged into trunk.
