Ticket attachment shows garbage

I'm doing some testing to see if fossil would be something I can use. In a new repository, I created a ticket, then added an attachment to it. I then went to look at the ticket's attachment page, but that displays garbage in the ticket name.
I'll add a few screen shots to show you what I mean.

Ah. Turns out you've disabled uploading of attachments to this site. :-)
Anyway, here's what I get:

Looks nifty, huh? But clicking the link results in an error, because the ticket can't be found anymore.

Just tried this locally by uploading a gif and reproduced the same error.

Looks like the valid hash followed by garbage. Maybe missing a null terminator?
I'll try to find out what's going on and fix it if possible.
