Login expiration time doesn't work

Even setting "Login expiration time" to 100000 doesn't make a difference for me: I am always required to re-login after several hours.
I log in at http://dev.ronware.org/reva.cgi/index - and the next morning it says I am not logged-in, and I have to log-in once again.

Such spurious logouts seem to have disappeared since we removed the IP component of the login cookie.
