A --name-only (or -q) option to fossil diff command will be useful to get only the names of files changed / added / removed between two tags.

altufaltu added on 2011-07-13 01:25:52 UTC: Does fossil changes take --from/--to arguments (like diff command) to list files changed between two revisions/tags? I don't see that in help message.
I think this command operates only on checkout.
