The RSS feed titles show the Comment for Check-in items. I find this useful because a project synopsis is available without having to click on anything.
However, a New or Closed ticket only includes the ticket # with no information about the ticket itself.
I suggest that New and Closed ticket entries in the RSS feed include the specific ticket # and the Comment for the ticket.

If this hasn't been added by now, it very likely never will be. RSS has largely fallen out of use since the major browsers removed built-in RSS support.
