Description
Proxy Fossil's built-in HTTP server through our Django app. Enables clone/sync without separate Caddy routing.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Reverse proxy from Django to fossil server process
- [ ] Auth integration: Django session → Fossil user
- [ ] Clone URL shown on project page
- [ ] fossil sync works through the proxy
