Description
Email alerts for repository events. Uses Celery + django-ses/mailpit.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Per-user notification preferences (what events, which projects)
- [ ] Email templates: new checkin, ticket change, forum post
- [ ] Digest mode: daily summary instead of per-event
- [ ] Unsubscribe link in every email
